Homestay business is promising for those who owns unused properties. Renting it out to guests travelling in your city, is quite different than a hotel as you do not have to provide room service or restaurant service.

The first fully physical Progressive Alliance conference since the lockdowns, titled Asia’s Social Democratic New Deal for Peace, Democracy, Recovery, Sustainability was hosted by the Malaysian Democratic Action Party in Kuala Lumpur on June 24, 2022 for a two-days conference from June 25 to 26, 2022.

Organised by CENDANA (Cultural Economy Development Agency) jointly with Think City, The Light Project titled “Pride #3” is the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia (KKMM’s) effort to bring life to the night city under the PEMULIH programme. The Ipoh City Council (MBI) has also chipped in and is part of the team.

The Light Project is an extension of CENDANA’s yearly marquee event Art In The City in collaboration with Think City to light up cities with public art and performances curated to take place in Butterworth, Ipoh, Melaka, Batu Pahat and Kuching.

HRPBI Neurosurgery Department’s 2022 Perak Neurosurgical Conference aimed to promote exchange of clinical research, presentations of data, panel discussions on public health concerns, and one-on-one interviews. It encouraged attendees to share opinions and experiences that could benefit patient care for a private practice or a facility.

The SDGs Partnership Building Workshop, held at the Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, brought together 60 participants from diverse backgrounds, primarily from civil society organizations, to promote sustainable development goals through partnerships.

The charity dinner was jointly organised by Bond Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Bond Holdings), Ipoh City Council (MBI) dan Sycal Ventures Berhad, featuring famous local singer, Anuar Zain. It was held at the Ipoh International Convention Centre (IICC) with 1,000 guests.

Ipoh International Convention Centre complex is the leading convention centre in the city. IICC is facilitated with top-tier amenities and services for the exhibitors as well as for the visitors, one of them, The Grand Ballroom which is the largest pillarless ballroom and currently is the biggest in Ipoh with seating capacity of up to 4,000 pax.

In The Light Project IPOH, Mr Liu Cheng Hua allocated certain resources for local trainers to share their skills with youth. To get participants, we made promotional video for each trainers. They used this platform to share their background and the uniqueness of their classes.
